By purchasing any package from the ElysianRP store, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before completing your transaction.

1. No Refund Policy

All digital goods and services purchased through this store are final. All items are strictly non-refundable. Once a package is assigned to your account, the transaction is considered complete.

2. Chargebacks & Disputes

Any attempt to dispute a payment or initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment processor will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the ElysianRP server, Discord, and store. We reserve the right to provide evidence of the completed transaction to the payment provider.

3. Revocation of Access

ElysianRP reserves the right to revoke, change, or remove any purchased items, ranks, or perks at any time. This may occur due to:

• Violation of server rules.
• Administrative restructuring or server resets.
• Disciplinary action leading to a community ban.

4. Agreement to Rules

Owning a VIP or donor package does not exempt you from the server rules. If you are banned for breaking gameplay rules, your perks will not be refunded or transferred.
